Leonard, after going to Webshots and opening many windows at their site I saw several error messages that warned me of what I finally decided was ActiveX controls that IE was trying to protect me from. If you only ever use one profile (i.e. Administrator) you can make a change to the registry that will make the "Start Menu" within that users' "home" folder the only one that the system uses. I use CUTE PDF. I can just say print page 1. Then say print page 2. Kind of cumbersome and annoying if you have many pages, though. I don't ever find myself needing this feature, so it doesn't bother me. If you are driven INSANE by something as miniscule as the user account
structure in an operating system, you really need to get out more.

You should know that "Graphics Schemes" are not a standard part of Windows.
You should make an effort to investigate what installed software is giving you this
option to "Save as Scheme"
A very popular product installed with many PCs is "IGFX" (often included with PCs
