It doesn't really matter what you've got as the Connect property for the linked tables in what you're distributing, as long as you can correct it. (the installation from Access Developer Extensions won't do that for you, by the way) If you have no other way to determine the correct path, you'll probably have to prompt them at that point. There are several hotfixes for SP3. Here's a link to Allen Browne's page on
the SP3 bugs, along with links to two (I believe) of these. The second one,
at the very bottom, addresses your particular problem, but you need to
install the other one as well, if you haven't already done so.

You are entering your criteria one on each line, at the bottom of the query
design window?
If so, these are treated as ORs. Provided your data meets ANY of the
criteria, it's included. So, the record that contains "Advance Amount Paid"
meets the criteria:
not like "Paid Amount"
so it gets included.
Try ...

Not really, although you can simplify it considerably.
Create a function (must be a function, not a sub) along the lines of:
Function DropCombo()
If TypeOf Me.ActiveControl Is ComboBox Then
Me.ActiveControl.Dropdown
End If
End Function
Then, with the form in Design mode, select each of the ...

Using runtime access, any unhandled errors do exactly what has happened to
you.
In an accdb file, if you get an error, access can open the debug window and
tell you there is an error.
In the runtime, instead of getting a message about the same error, the
runtime will just shutdown the database.
Where to start?...

You really want the code in a separate procedure and then call it from the
AfterUpdate event of the TType control *and* the Current event of the form.

Go to the Relationships window and, if not already done, create a
relationship between the Customers table and each of the other tables. Enable
Referiental Integrity and set Cascade Delete.

Order or Payment not having a valid Customer. You'll need to fix ...

You'll need to supply more details. What kind of errors are you getting?
What action causes them?
For what it's worth, there's no reason for the back-end to be an MDE. MDEs
are intended for code, not data.
