When typing an address at the top of a letter and I highlight it and go to the Mailings Tab to make an envelope, it double-spaces the envelope. The address is not double-spaced in the letter. How do I get the address to be single-spaced on the envelope. I am using Word 2007.

I'm trying to set up a template for some manuals, but I'm a bit confused about BodyText and Normal. Which should the base style be? Do I need both? I see both in some complex docs I've looked at, but on a blank new document I only see Normal. Any advice please? -- Spence...

Maybe it's an English thing, but none of the citation/reference options are the one I need. I'd like a small number to pop up with the corresponding reference at the bottom of the page. Any ideas?
