I cannot choose a connector as all the connectors in the connectors window are in gray. How do I turn them to black so that I can choose the connectors?

Is it possible to link a single (or multiple) graphic to multiple documents which may use the same graphic? I am using Word 2000. If this version of Word is not capable of this option, can a more updated verision do this?

I have a newsletter that I am trying to email. Everytime I do this, the images jump around. I have tried anchoring, turning up te formatting option on email. Can anyone help?
