mis claimed a home
Published (2009-11-20 12:56:00)
No problem. You can unclaim the house easily. These instructions here from Zillow might help. You can log into Zillow, go to the home page and then release the claim on the home using the "Tools" in the left hand column of the page. Tools are in the column the headed by "OVERVIEW." Click on "Release Claim" and the claim will release right away. Hope the link helps.

Inaccurate Zillow estimate...
Published (2009-11-19 20:12:00)
Unfortuately, I can't change the zestimate. But you should re-do your own estimate and keep that on the site. In the past the owner's estimate affected the zestimate less than it does today.

" Not all real estate agents are REALTORS ® " - Well, I'm certainly glad about that! With all the deceit that the NAR has been spreading over the past 7 years, it is nice to know that there are many that are substantially more ethical than those that are associated with the NAR.

kgathro, The condominium fee is $878 per month and it includes all utilities plus cable and 24-hour desk. It also comes with 1 garage space. You might be a little late though as it is already under the contract. Let me know if you would be interested in other properties.

Could be several reasons: Either the Realtor isn't sending us a listing feed or a they've not manually put it up for sale. It's pretty easy to do both, check it out here.

The program is administered by the IRS and once you have purchased a home you would either file the appropriate paperwork with the IRS (form 5405 1040x to amend your 2008 taxes or file form 5405 along with your 2009 taxes next year) to get the money. Any qualified tax preparer would be able to help you file the necessary paperwork. To learn more about the program contact a Realtor, mortgage professional or tax professional. The program is...

We are behind, and are trying to modify through the fed.making home affordable program. But if this does not get approved, can we refinace, to save our home, or we now a bad risk, because of our behind payments? M.T.

If your loan is a conforming or conforming jumbo we are required to order our appraisal under the new HVCC Ruling. If you have a portfolio lender or FHA loan we can use an appraiser that is approved with the lender as we haave done in the past.

I suggest you buy the house and then rent it for $1050 for five years. Then kick them out. Sell the house for $425,000 Tell mark & Diana to move in with Steve and his girlfriend of the week. In any case; Brenda, tell the guy who's giving you a hassle, to shove it and get a live or change his phone number. With that said, Hi Brenda. It was nice seeing you at Smiths,

"Please explain why affordable houses with actually sustainable prices are a terrible thing that must be avoided at all costs. " BMFPitt, When did I write that affordable houses with sustainable prices is a terrible thing??? Or that it should be avoided at all costs??? As a realtor, I know that ideally DTI ratio, Debt To Income ratio, should not be higher than 31%/43% of income. If a home ...

If you were so concerned with this nugget being lost (even though it's been posted multiple times by multiple others on Zillow - yes, even the updated info), why not just create a new discussion thread for it in the first place? While your sarcasm duly noted, I wager it's safe to say I'm not the only Zillow member who'd rather not see redundant info repeated throughout the discussion boards.

MPL, You have got a lot of nerve posting this here when you in fact are doing virtually the same thing! In this quote, they are not sure what they want, and instead of looking at the situation, (25K in income) and offering a realistic and useful product, you offer a 10 year fixed for exactly the same reasons you are crying about. Do you believe a 10 year is what this person needs or did you ...

I can't link it since it was just on the tv news, but they were talking about "real" unemployment (including under-employed and those who have given up completely) being upwards of 17% - yikes!

You did not send out enough quotes. The most effective lenders will send out at least 1,000 quotes per day. You should try to quote at least 15 times per request. This will help you to blanket the screen with your picture so the customer will have no choice but to click on at least one of your quotes. Others have already given you great tips. Good luck with your quotes.

No these fees were in late october, so I guess they aren't really 'old'. We had 4 transactions that didn't go through b/c #1. there wasn't enough funds to cover them...and #2. I didn't know about them in the first place. They were small debits, like $10 or so...but my spouse was punished accordingly...haha. We have money in our account now, but we couldn't beat the charges. I am just worried ...

I am getting $6750 credit back from seller on escrow towards non-recurring closing cost. My closing cost without points is $3000. INitially I was thinking of paying 1 point to get better rate. But I am reconsidering paying points which means my closing cost is less than the credit back. Any advice on what can be done? Can the remainder be used towards any other expense such as home improvement ...
