I am not familiar with that case, and it appears Directron doesn't sell it. The motherboard, cpu and memory will work together, and the video card is compatible. The hard drive will work. It's a bit on the smallish side. The power supply you chose will work, but if it were my system I'd spend a little more (maybe $30 more) and get a higher quality one, preferably with a single large (120 or ...

Just follow the instructions with the Netgear router. The cable modem connects via ethernet cable to the uplink port on the router. Netgear provides a cable in the box.
