Juicer 3.61 Search Issues

Thanks for the reply Sam. I didn't realize that the Juicer prefers a DVD-ROM drive and not a writer. I would expect to see this on the hardware requirements page, but it's not there. I can access the files on the disc. It's just that the Juicer thinks it's the wrong disc.

Juicer doesn't recognize the drive or doesn't recognize the disk?  Quick troubleshooting -- you say your pc recognizes the drive (s) -- when you put in your dj disk, can you access the contents of the disk through your operating system?  Also, in Juicer, have you tried a test render off of a previously known good disk?  These two tests will help determine where the problem lies -- bad disk or juicer problem.

Windows Vista 64-bit. In the past I've had to reinstall all the libraries. Will uninstalling require me to do that again.

First close juicer. go to your C: Drive and delete the 'JuicerDetails.ini file before launching the Juicer, once deleted restart juicer and try to login. C:\Users\<User Name>\All Users\Application Data\Juicer3\JuicerDetails.ini That will (normaly) help you to login. Have fun, greetings from Belgium (in reply to bronxite101 )

Have you installed the products? You will get the "You don't own the Product" screen if it's not installed. You can tell by looking for the glowing light by the product.
