Air bubbles? Is that after you drive it or with it sitting? Either way just pull the driveshaft and replace the seal.Very easy to do.If its leaking fix it.

In 94 the speedo changed and was ran off the vehicle speed sensor. Prior to 94 they were mechanical. A 727 trans was not factory in 94. I don't believe the 727 has ability to run a electrical speedo. Hope this helps.
