The only DR that stacks is the blocking DR. See http://ddowiki.com/page/Damage_Reduction for details.
DR 20/Epic means you subtract 20 from any physical damage which is not tagged as Epic.
DR does not affect damage from spells, and that includes DR/- (*)

I suggest you read the "Exploiter" build thread properly. I believe a 28 point build is in there.
Rangers get TWF feats without needing the dex pre-requisites. Your level ups should be in the
stat with the highest point buy cost from creation. For the melee based Exploiter that means
strength.
You don't need another Rogue level for evasion, Rangers get evasion at L9.

Role Playing tends to happen in RP-specific guilds and smaller groups. Honestly, I think you might get a few odd stares if you were role playing while in a typical group, but who knows? Play how you like. I personally would think it's pretty cool, but then I'm a geek like that.

Some are random (or shared across 2 bosses) like the robe of the magi iirc, but most of the "good ones" i've only seen drop from specific boss chests

im no vet but i think most sor agree that empower, extand are more
important than enlarge focus or spell pen. i would also take Fop over
those. btw empower does stack with Maximize if u dont already know.

Granted, but it requires Base INT 18 to "know" how to handle such a huge weapon properly.
I´d wish there were a true Eldritch Knight enhancement PrC, who combines melee and casting.

It wouldnt surprise me if they did make druids in the future, all the other
MMO's have it. Though, IMO they need to have the PHB 2 variant on druids
that let them shapeshift into 4 set forms that they choose a shape of(like
the WoW druid kind of). BTW, cobold is spelled wrong=p its kobold

But, well, despite all that, Eberron has more friendly monsters around (look at all the kobold and hobgob quest givers) than generic D&D. Even if they do want us to slaughter their friends.
