What indication of this " disconnecting and reconnecting " do you receive? What is your operating system and who is your ISP? Also what is your service plan with your ISP? Is it a basic service or a premium service? Is this a new problem? Didi it ever work OK in the past? You might also consult your Event Viewer: start Run... eventvwr.msc

I would suggest running an SFC Scan using your OS CD to make sure you have no corrupt or missing files. Microsoft recommends this link for your perusal. Keep us posted. kind regards,

Look for webcam software that should have come built into your system. Also yahoo instant messenger as well as msn IM can use webcams.

Distance to WAP ( wireless access point)
Walls, floors, ceilings
Big metal objects near by

You appear to be running two Anti-Virus software programs which is not recommended as it slows your system right down because they are competing with one another.

HELP!!
I was 'tidying up' my Laptop, never a good idea and I think I have deleted something vital!
Whenever I open iTunes now it says there is a problem with my audio configuration. Having looked in the control panel it says there is no audio device.
What have I done and how do I fix it?

Hi robbieb
When the PC freezes have you tried pressing the control/halt/delete key combination.
To see if you can bring up Task Manager.
If you can access Task Manager it will tell you which program is Not responding or using your cpu

Download and Install Windows Installer Cleanup Utility from here
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...bd/msicuu2. exe
Install and run it. Then see if Open Office is amongst the installed programs listed, and uninstall it
Also download and install CCleaner found here CCleaner - Home .
Install and run it. Now click on the Registry button on the left hand side.
