Our family computer is running slow, according to those who use it. It appears to be slower than usual, although Spy Sweeper and AVG only pick up cookies. i have a DVD full of pictures that we got for our wedding from our photographer and my computer reads it has a blank disk. I can put it in my husbands and it works and on the DVD on the TV and it works, but my computer says it wants to format it as a blank disk and wont read the content. At the weekend i was hit by virus which turned my screen red and kept trying to force me to download from a site. I managed in safe mode to get into Cyber Tech help and followed the instructions as best i could given to someone else for the same problem.
