Ok Sils... here goes! (You totally better post tomorrow, haha!) I tried the two styling methods from my book on pages 54 and 55 - Marcel wave with curling iron, and Marcel wave with hot rollers. I did each method on half my hair. (Note : apologies for the ghostly complexion, no makeup and what I'm wearing!) Before pic Left side of head - curling iron Right side of head - hot rollers Curl on top of head - hot rollers End product Ok... the...

When you consider how unhealthy grainfed beef is for you, it's another arguement to the case. The grass fed beef (grain is NOT their natural diet, and they don't cope at all with it, it poisons them) tastes better anyway! Intensive farming to fatten up cows is horrendous too, even though it is usually only in the last 8-12 weeks of their life.

I think the saying originated from a weight loss company, and was hijacked by pro-ana groups. I wouldn't like to be a young woman growing up at the moment. You have photoshopped pictures of celebrities on the cover of magazines (who are meant to be the "Ideal" yet are airbrushed and cut down to make them look even better) and you've got childhood obesity warnings ringing in everyones ears, where a BMI test can label...

It's a tough industry to look into FF - I visited the pig farm in Robertson where all the "Babe" pigs were bred when I was 13 and never ate commercial pig since then, it was SO foul. Most commercial pig breeders claim that they have to keep breeding sows confined in weeny concrete cages because they will kill their own litter otherwise - truth is, this behaviour is only engaged in by sows in extreme captivity, in the...

how do you both get all of your back? i can only just reach all of my back and HEAVILY rely on the colour guide to get it all lol. Ugh i can just imagine I'd fail at fake tanning if I didn't have a colour guide! Especially because i'm so so pale it would be obvious like fluro white if i missed anywhere lol.

Any recs for an exercise DVD that doesn't require a lot of jumping around? I have heard the 30 Day Shred is unfortunately no good for me in this respect. But, practically, what else could they do? If there was no facility to store his own wheelchair on board, there isn't a lot they could do, especially about the toilet business. Unless I am not getting something or missed a part of the article, it is really just the operational requirements of aircraft and the limitation of space on an aircraft that prevents wheelchair bound passengers using their own. Unless there is legislation to...

Can you come over and tell this to my housemate? Our house is brimming with her junk. We have a spare room that is just crammed with boxes and bags of the last 4 years of her life, so much so that no one else can use it. Grrrrr.
As for me I tend to have a purge a couple of times a year. I moved overseas a couple of years ago, and then moved back home, so that was good for a serious clean out.
