Sometimes, public toilets flush too strongly and splash water on the seats, and everyone just assumes it's pee. I've seen it happen.

I go without gel alot these days. I get a much looser wave pattern with only leave-in but sometimes I just don't want to mess all the styling. I always have less frizz with condish only styling too...just not the volume I want.

With the exception of one 4a who only worked there for a short time, all of the Ulta employees at my Ulta are flat ironed, and you can tell by the frazzled ends. The "older" over 30 ones also wear too much makeup trying to look younger. I just figured it was some sort of rule.

Just wondering if anyone has used this website? They have many natural/organic hair products and you can order small samples of them which is really cool. I'm just plain sick of the whole process lately. About a month ago I got REALLY good hair to the point where I didn't wash it for five days! I forgot what I did to get it that way. I agree with a lot of this....I move a lot and have lived just about everywhere other than the west coast, and I definitely notice places that are healthier, or AR, where EVERYTHING was deep fried....

This probably doesn't help but I LOVEE celery with non-fat ranch dressing. Its crunchy, and the ranch makes it taste really good....Plus, you burn more calories chewing and digesting celery than is in the actual celery.

Is your hair matted/tangled where the two textures meet?
I've had this problem. I could comb my relaxed ends, I could comb the NG...but the point where the two textures met was a big mat ...
The only thing that helped a little bit was to keep my hair in a stretched style - to prevent the NG from shrinking and causing more tangles at the line of decarnation. Buns done on wet hair e.g.

Well, it sounds like your hair needs a little TLC. I'm not sure if your natural curl pattern will come back completely unless you grow it out, but there are some ways that you can nurture it back to health and maybe regain your curl.
Protein treatments are great for damaged hair. If you take an egg, a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, and a teaspoon of olive oil, it'll do wonders for damaged ...

I had a similar issue, if I dont clean my sclap at least every 4 days, it itchies like crazy, and gets tight and pimply. A few things I have done:
clean my scalp every 4 days, using my cleaner to scrub with finger tips.
I bought a neem & tea tree soap bar from Chargin valley, its SUPER! I section my hair & apply it direct on my sclap.
( applying some form of neem &/or tea tree)

I was thinking of starting one of these after my current PS challenge ends (march 30th). Joining this challenge will make it a year long challenge (well almost). My only concern is that I won't be able to play with my hair in the summer time (boo). But it will be a good challenge for me and beneficial for my hair. I'll be waiting for more details
