Facial hair removal

If you don't have coarse dark dense growth (like a male beard), the ONLY method that will remove this hair permanently is electrolysis. That's what you need. You're welcome to try the rem of course, but expect to waste that money you spend on it. If you really want this hair gone permanently, start your search for an experienced electrologist using an up-to-date machine. There are no side effects with either laser or...

If you treat them with laser, there is a very good chance that laser will stimulate MORE hair in this area because the hair is sparse. Use the Advaced Search feature to search for Toronto electrologists. Thanks. I did the search. Only 2...

Facail hair removal

Female. I heard that using laser on face might cause permanent brown spots to appear, so I'm also worried about damaging my skin since facial skin is more sensitive. My facial hair is very delicate but dark. I tried threading and waxing but it hurts so much, I can't get myself to do that again. I think i will try that rem spring, and see how it works.

One thing to check is not all surgeons who do sex change surgery do great job. I mean this is a very special area where the surgeon need to know more than just how to do the operation, but the surgeon need to know the art to make it looks natural and feel natural too.

help about laser hair removal
Published (2009-11-20 02:56:00)
I went to a consultation at this clinic and the place looks nice and clean. The lady that's using the machine seems very knowlegable about the procedure and stuff. She said that she will be using Candela gentleyag (a yag laser) on me for my treatment and that she has been using the device for about 6 years. But she didn't examine my legs or anything. At a consultation, do they suppose to examine the area you want to treat? However,...

So, it is 2 weeks today and I am finally seeing some improvement in my brow droop and heavy eyelids. Visine drops seem to have helped my eyelids a little when I wake up in the morning. It really is just time that makes it better I think. I feel like I have a brick on my forehead! I will never do botox again for many reasons. It is unpredictable, I feel like I can't express myself with my face (it is depressing), and I don't look...

I have done both. Laser hair removal did reduce the hair, but I still had some left, especially the light hair. It's a slower process, but it is a permanent one. You may see growth of new hair over your life, so you will have to do maintenance. As far as how long it takes, maybe an expert here will answer you. I can only tell you that I am working on my upper thighs. I spent about 4 hours a week for 3 months and saw a 30% reduction in...

Hi, Is it safe to use laser for removig facial hair? I heard some scary stories about it but I don't know if this is true. What about using a product called r.e.m spring? do you know if it works on all types of hair? does it remove permanently? Thank you

I can tolerate a spot size of 12mm with 54 joules on the GentleYAG. My hair is dark, does a larger spot size mean a more powerful and effective treatment? What's preferred?

please read our FAQs - www.hairremovalforum.com/faq.cfm You can get an even reduction with 3-4 treatments. The key is finding a good clinic who doesn't miss spots and is using a good laser at proper settings. A Yag laser may be best here since you're going for a reduction. It'll remove the most coarse hair. Trimming works well for many people if you're using a good trimmer.
