Update. And here is where my greatest weakness and annoyance surfaces; hands. I get so extremely frustrated when trying to draw them, and even though he only has three fingers, each is one too many I say! I have the greatest trouble getting them down right and it's very hard to find references for hands in these particular positions. I would take pictures of myself, but I have no digital camera and it's hard to position your own hand...

Wow, those are some pretty lofty goals. I just hope you don't burn out from a schedule like that, but if you can handle it, then more power to ya!

Great, more updates. The pic with the guy on the car fishing, there's not much in the way of shadows on him or the buildings. He also doesn't look grounded where he's standing - move him up. You still need to work on how material looks; your folds don't always follow the form.
That last picture is much more interesting - looks like a pretty dangerous sport.

after seeing the guy shove the old lady-
convict: "shouldn't you be doing something about that?"
cop: "what do you mean, the guy was in a hurry. it's an airport,

You should explain to your friends / family / girlfriend that you need some extra time by yourself to work on your art. Don't be worried about upsetting them (although you'd stil need to respect that they want time with you), but it's your life and they should respect your choices.
