I'm hoping for some good news tomorrow when I weigh in. My long steady 10K session didn't happen yesterday Just too busy at home with people coming and going, my son came home for the weekend from university and my daughter was away for the early part and came...

Took my son Daniel (13) out for the day today and he wanted to have lunch out. After a mild panic about whether the menu would have a full nutritional value breakdown for every item on the menu, I decided we'd go to Wagamamas (noodle restaurant) and I went for Cumin Chicken Salad (which was very nice by the way). Was hoping to find the nutritional value for the meal on the Web so I could fill out my Food Diary but sadly nothing available....

Still waiting for the inside track from Mike on GB cycling's doping scandal. In the meantime. More evidence. This gives an idea of how riders on US Posral and Discovery (including Saint Lance) avoided being tested positive. It also goes a long way to explaining why Disco and USP riders got nabbed once they left the loving arms of Lance and his crew. Accused doctor of tipping off riders and teams Former Spanish...

My target is 14 lbs and my weigh in day is Tuesday. I will be following Weightwatchers online programme - mainly because I'd already signed up for it. Healthy eating and lots 'n lots of rowing. Oh goody!

If you don't mind the more demanding workouts that may leave you a little stiff and require grit to complete, I would stick to the PBP. It is better for number watchers as it is progressive and demonstrates fitness improvements. It is possible that the PBP may lead to greater conditioning in the early stages whhere fluid and muscle increase may offset or reverse fat loss so less weight loss will ...

Great news! Really enjoyed the Summer Handicaps you did last year, some cracking finishes! You seeemed to get the rules and points pretty much sorted by the end of that series - penalties for breaking your estimated time by too much unless a PB/SB, points for participating and more points for top 3, how about a bonus for exactly hitting your target time? A standard distance would eliminate ...

Daren has moved the C2CTC.com website to a new server. It's not working for me right now (nor is the system admin stuff).
Try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work send Daren a PrivMsg.

Webcast was far better quality than previous years. 1. A camera position showing the fornt row would be better. 2. A 2nd camera showing the race screen would be even better 3. As the winners finished it would be good for the web viewers if the commentator announced who had won. It was obvious to those present, but not obvious to the web viewers Nice work on the results, very prompt. The ...

Impressive stuff for sure but is it a world record? I thought that Rob Smith did his on e-row? I thought that once a record had been set on e-row it could only be beaten on e-row? I could be mistaken, just got a feeling he did it at a race. Anyone know for sure?
