Considering Vista and 7 both use twice the ram XP does, its most likely using virtual ram to compensate for your lack of ram which means its constantly writing to and reading from the hard drive. Get more ram.

You can't... The only way to do such a thing now days is to use HTML to make it look like your age is different on your profile. But to do it on your account home page you cannot do that anymore.

Um.. You might be able to go fullscreen on the vid, and take a screenshot when you get to the point where you want a stillframe. Just pause and take the screenshot. And if you don't know how to take one, just hit the "Print Screen" button. On my laptop it says "PrtSc" Then you paste into Paint, and save it.
