No expert on depression, except on its long term effects for me, I can't recommend treatment methods or medications. But I can recommend that you go to your doctor for medical advice and treatment. Try to get out and be active. Take it from this old fart- to not waste time and have regrets in prolonging your suffering. don't listen to d.calavan. draging on is tough. i got better with alot of support from a couple of good doctors and my wfe. plus after a while i started enjoying my kids.

you just need to relax and not worry about it until you are about a week late...it actually takes about 6-7 days for the sperm to meet your egg...so just relax and dont worry YET!! If you are to stressed out that can actually delay your period. Hope that helps!!!

First if you were really pregnant, your doctor would have told you so at this point. Also, you would not be feeling any kicking at 3 months/1st trimester --kicking isn't felt until later on in pregnancy during 2nd triemster. (at around 12 weeks gestation, baby is size of small lime! --less than 2 inches)
