I think you need some new tactics & techniques to control her. Although, you might have tried up to your best. But with each kid there is a need of a specific parenting plan and in this she is having behavior & motivation problems. There's not much you can do as a Parent until your child is properly motivated. No Parenting technique, approach, talk, or change on your part will work until your child is motivated to listen...

Nick21 - your "hum" sounds much like mine. Definitely NOT tinnitis, as you said it is not a noise from my ears but one I just "hear" from inside my head. I never really did figure out what was happening but thankfully it slowly became more and more infrenquent and I have not had an episode in several months now. I don't know the answer to that question as I myself am looking for informtion regarding my granddaughter as well. She just turned 1 year old on October 9, 2009 and as of yesterday (October 29) she is 24.2 lbs and 33 and !/2 inches in height.

Best thing is to go to your GYN and get a pregnancy blood test. If it turns out negative, you'd still have to find out why your period is so late, so seeing your doctor is your best bet for either case

As you said that you are jast 19 now, You should probably get that checked out. Even if it’s not an STD it could be something else. It doesn't sound normal. But for STDs you should look out burning or some type of fluid.
