ACE - Is it worth doing now?
Published (2009-11-26 16:51:00)
The certification name ACE is being discontinued.. along with all other existing certifications.. they are being replaced with a more targeted certification program that up to date and more relevant.. it is likely that lab work will be required for certification.. a component which has been missing for a long time.. I'm not clear on what you would want to pass it to if not a VRU. Remember, it's only for that split second moment in time, it has no value after the calculation is made for that call; it's used for decisioning at that moment.

Are the member servers needing to be rejoined to the new AD domain? If you say yes to that then I would suggest a reinstallation of the product on the MAS. If you say no to this then changing the DCOM and services account login credentials would be all you would need to do with the MAS. You may want/need to do a FEDB rebuild but that's probably about all.

you will have to load the software version the way you normally upgrade to downgrade. You will have to use the scr script that came with the version you want to downgrade to, or to modify the one you have to make this FW to get loaded on the phone. No known commands for what you want to do.

Calls disconnecting - 19 new posts

We have an issue where intermittently calls into our site will go quiet at both ends and then occassionally disconnect (althought this could be the customer disconnecting). There are no denial events on the station and no apparent pattern. We have 4 DS1 cards all on the latest firmware, 4 x ISDN30's but this apears to happen across all 4. We receive about 4000 calls per day and this happends...
