I'm off for a few days to the Oregon beach to see if any damage happened to our shack. We had some pretty harsh wind and heavy rain the last few days. If nothing happed, I'll enjoy watching the waves crash against the wall in Depoe Bay or eating fresh oyster-stew and a beer in the Rogue Brewery in Newport. Those 80 mph winds do kickup the waves, I must say.  I'll check in when I get back. Bye for now gang

i take 3 pills in the a.m. my mom 11 pills in a.m., 3 in p.m. plus 2 shots of insulin per day. i have a pretty good system to help her keep them straight.

I was told to start taking calcium and a mutivitamin. I hate it. I feel sick to the stomach when I take them, even after eating. I do not take them all at one time either.  I also always forget to take them. I never go to the doctor so I do not have prescriptions. I hate pills!
