Quote: Not to take anything away from his shot making ability, but he won because he could be behind in a point and just keep getting the ball back across until Federer made a mistake. I just find Federer's style (and other top players) a lot more enjoyable to watch. I guess that's just human nature though, because humans generally love offense more than defense. The old saying: offense sells tickets, but defense wins...

I think you'll get into at least two or three of the Ivies. Your test scores are great already though, and if you retake them for a +2300, I dont know how much that really helps you...but anyways you have a good GPA.. your ECs dont particularly jump out though, they dont seem outstanding which they need to be for Yale, etc. Reach at Yale Brown Princeton UPenn, safety/match at all the others. Hey guys! Here's some general advice/tips for our first years. If you think of something you would like us to elaborate on, let us know! 1. The Buses. As a first year, the buses will be your best friend in the winter and rainy weather. If you live in Hereford or the farther away dorms of Alderman, youÂ’ll definitely appreciate them by the end of the year. Before my first year last year, the...

What should I wear? I should have a little time before the interview to change my clothes after the tour. 2. Should I have my own questions to ask? What kind? 3. What kind of questions will...

I'm going to be visiting Wellesley in mid-August. Do you guys have any suggestions for things to do in Boston with my family? We're coming from pretty far away (Alaska), so we definitely want to do as much as possible. Any Wellesley restaurant suggestions? I hope everything goes well. Is anybody else visiting this summer? Thanks, Victoria

So I'm a rising senior, and it seems surreal to actually be applying to college. I remember sauntering the halls at school and listening to Seniors talk about college, and I thought it'd NEVER come. Anyway, UPenn is my top choice. Assess my profile? Asian Male from NY from a public magnet. Major: I plan to double major, one in business (not sure exactly what area) and French. GPA: ...

For the Christians out there, how many of you really save yourself until marriage? Where is the immorality in having sex while in a long-term committed relationship? If you do save yourself until marriage, how far are you allowed to go before marriage?

Going to a college "beneath" you My school is a very affluent area and is considered one of the best schools in the state, if not the best non-magnet public school. However, I noticed a really interesting trend among this years top 10 students: they all went to rather non- prestigious schools. Two of the students went to Rice and Pomona, and another two (one of them ...
