With my 50k official post (I have more than 50k posts lol) coming, I figure its a great time to post my review on my latest Lexus after 7 months of ownership. I also hope to educate about this vehicle as the media was either clueless to it or barely covered it. like ive said before in other tip related threads. i always just double tax if the service is decent, couple bucks more if superb BUT if its crappy then i give a buck or two more on top of the tax.

Japanese aesthetic differs from American tastes. I mean, have you seen how they modify cars? Ultimately, part of luxury in Japan is the ability to personalize the car, whether it's a factory option or aftermarket choice. For Lexus to compete with established makes, they needed to create the L Select program. To each his own regarding taste in design...

imho, most of the time lexus is a head (mind) purchase. it's just a car (brand) that makes sense if you want something hassle free and reliable over time, no matter if it's the IS, GS, LS, etc... but in terms of heart, i have to be honest and most of the time lexus doesn't have the kind of soul like other brands. it's not necessarily a bad thing though, it's just different. among the whole lexus lineup right now...

This is an extremely difficult question to answer, given that most people, even those who have the necessary funds, would never be able to purchase one new (like myself).
