Is this for real???

Old as the hills this one... Been around for a number of years, but the speed of the motorcyclist at the time was said to be more like 120-130mph. And, yes, it was reconstructed after being split apart to extract the bodies.

Published (2009-11-24 16:30:00)
I agree with other posts that Blacks always were a rip off, I've been out of the outdoors scene for about 15 years or more but their own brand stuff was very average but trendy enough to attract scene tax, bit like Bang & Olufson hifi really, quite well made but you can far far better for the money. If it weren't for sake of the employees I'd love to see companies who think they can charge a premium for a poncey...

Floods
Published (2009-11-24 21:11:00)
tbh to a large extent stuff like dredging rivers and draining wet lands actually makes the flooding worse. less frequent, admittedly, but by removing these natural 'sponges' when the flood does finally occur it's majorly severe. if you think about what's actually going on, these bad floods are caused by exceptionally heavy rainfall in a short time period combined with high tides, and a wind blowing onshore. this pushes the...

Mk3 Brake Servo and MC into a mk2?
Published (2009-11-23 16:55:00)
Servo no, the connection from servo to pedal cluster is different. MK2 has clevis pin, MK3 has like a ball & socket affair MC yes if its a non-ABS one. ABS uses different sized fittings for the brake lines, so unless you can find adaptores/fittings brake lines wont screw in.

And probably "reconstructed", they don't normally release that kind of accident damage for the public to see.

How much would you pay in e-bay fees if.. .. I bought a set of alloys (or other fictional item) off my GF for £700 and paid by paypal? This is not a schill bid or anything BTW. How much would the fees add up to for the listing of it, the sale of it then the paypal fees for both of us? Thanks. __________________ Mk2 VR6, brum brum!! Engine parts live longer with Calgon!!

i have been looking at using a g60 supercharger instead of a turbo as i think it might be a easier option, to do this i think i would use a 8v gti head, with fuel injection, megasquirt ignition, g60 or g40 supercharger is this feasable? and what problems do you think i'll face?
Can you fit the 16v head to a 1.6 8v?

This is what sickens me, for us who through no fault of our own do not have children there seems no justice. They treat them like chattels.
