Good question. However, I'm pretty sure that those REALLY in the know wont tell you why. I have asked many higher ups why this is the case, and have never gotten a satisfactory response. Cracking 5 point stars and yet they ride with the crown when needed? WTF is that?!

Yeah... White people can go at it like anyone else. I don't like how people nowadays makes fun of white people. They where schoolin blacks and latinos just like any other banger. People from out of the city who only see rap videos and assume only blacks and latinos gangbang are stupid. I redirect them to some of Chicago's history.
