ACE Training in Kent?
Published (2009-11-24 21:48:00)
You may find people think from your thread title that you're commenting on a company called "ACE". Also, there are only a few members here who are likley to be able to comment on that and they may not frequent the forums that often so give it a while to get an answer or, repost with a diff title e.g. Adobe training - anyone know any providers in Kent ?" or something similar

If your going for the current 600 series exams you need compTIA A+ all in one exam guide 6th edition by Mike Meyers and PC Technician street smarts by James Pyles If you are going for the 700 series exams which become the current version next year then you will need Mike Meyers 7th edition book when it is available and PC Technician street smarts. Your right to turm down advent, that is a stupid price.

Had it since 32bitRC came out, and got the 64bit ultimate about a month or so ago?
It was working fine up until the 64bit but now my display is playing up. I'm convinced it's a driver issue (as i don't want it to be hardware but after trying quite a few out and looking about online, i fear it may be hardware).
Other than that, I like it!

Too good to be true looking at the current climate in job market. Look up Fraser MacKenzie on this forums. There is plenty of threads related to "too good to be true" interview offers.

I am not an expert but I would get rid of the MS and CompTIA logos.
I would also double check the grammar, spelling and punctation as I've seen some mistakes there.
When stating that you work towards a cert, don't say it's your cert. Use something along: "I am studying to achieve MCSDT qualification/certificate". Layout could do with some revamp. One type of font would look a lot better (...

Another note to this post.
Would I be wrong in assuming the following?
Allow traffic from the network (VLAN-30 - 10.0.0.8/30) to the DHCP Server (10.0.0.10) to allow DHCP-Discover/Request; - Going Inbound to sub-intFa0/0.3

Good luck with the "course". The linked rant, though long, tells the story well. Unfortunately, it sounds like typical government crap.

Yes. you are. you weirdo
We all have our odd pleasures in IT I think, my particular favourite is the sight of properly routed cables. Possibly the only time I insist on neatness!
