I can't remember if I shared this recipe or not, but this one is really yummy and we'll probably make them this year as Christmas cookies. They definitely stand up to the test of being out for a couple days (wrapped in foil or plastic wrap of course) without getting super dried out. Lynne has posted her regimen for glutting many times. Since water is absorbed in the stomach and only re-enters the GI tract at the end of the process (to get the waste loose enough to pass) I'm not sure that liquids help flush the system. But, because the major symptom of a glutening (the annoying spell check automatically changed "glutening" to "glutting" without asking. It does feel like one, but...

I love most of their soups! I do have to watch the ingredients though because for some reason, one of their soups that our store carries contains COCOA!!! The cocoa in chocolate is what gives me migraines and thankfully I read the ingredients (actually looking to see whether there was anything in the list that might make the soup spicy, since some of their soups can be spicy). Hi Tee,i can only speak for myself ,my daughter and now my granddaughter,and also one of my clients...i spoke to our dr at the time.and he was not even sure...so when we were tested it showed we were all celiacs...the fact your daughter and you speaks volumes to me..even if drs dont put credence to our theories its related,i myself think they themselves dont know either...but what you...

It may have an Aussies flavour ,but its in San Antonio...check it out everything gf/wf its yummy and if you need a rest from cooking let them do it ..cheers ooh and you have no fear of being glutenized either as they know celiac food
