Dear Kyria, HERE is a link to some excellent help from the Diocese of Denver's Office of Natural Family Planning. Books can go out of date but current articles such as those on this website with name and contact information can be more helpful. This link allows you to e-mail "experts". Thanks for the question!

Hiya Jalo, While I agree that there are Christians who disagree with the truth of the Immaculate Conception - and some Protestants are horrible in the way they discuss Our Blessed Lady - any Catholics who disagree with this dogma have automatically excommunicated themselves from the Church. I maybe wrong on this, and if so, I'm glad to be corrected, but to disbelieve our dogma is to excommunicate yourself from the fold. However, I...

There's much that's true about Islam - monotheism, pray regularly, etc - but Islam is a heresy which grew outside the reaches of the Church and so could sustain itself through blood and conquest, and grow through an indoctrination process which the Church was unaware of until it was too late.
Hilaire Belloc writes quite convincingly of Islam here:

We used to put up live trees... which, for safety sake, you don't get (never mind put up in our house and electrify) until a few days... a week at the most... before Christmas Eve.
I used to do the outdoor, and other indoor, decorations the weekend nearest December 15th.
