read the car contract which reflects your deposit and see if its refundable. They are a-holes when it comes to hard cash. Contact your local district representative as well (like a local congressman for your town) and see if they can help. Contact the better business bureau as well. It may be illegal. Keep the car and don't give it back. all else fails, get some friends and lob molotov cocktails into the dealer lot. I HATE businesses...

Sounds like you HAD a lighted vanity mirror in the sun visor, and when the visor came off, it shorted the wires going to the lighted mirror. When you shorted the two wires together, the spark was enough to blow a fuse. So, somewhere in the system is a toasted fuse...

2 feet!!!?? lol well you most likley got water in your intake and the engine is flooded with water youll have to suck all the water out of it and if it got in the oil drain the oil change the plugs to be safe...water is probably all in your engine

This is simple. Your throttle-body needs cleaned. It will take care of the sticky pedal. It's regular mainenance anyone that changed their own oil can do.
Also, if the car is revving without you pressing on the gas, have a reputable car shop check the cars throttle-position sensor.
My parents own a nissan quest and I am always cleaning out their throttle body with some gunk-remover ...

Depends rather on the car - a diesel engine would be good for a lot more miles at that milage, but some smaller cars with petrol engines wouldn't be a good buy.
