Nate falls asleep nursing but continues to suckle even in his sleep. To break the latch I slide a finger in the corner of his mouth. But he still pulls and stretches my nipple before finally {{SMACK}} letting it go. And that hurts! Am I not doing it right?

I agree, patio tomatoes do the best in pots. I like the Tiny Tim variety, they make nice sweet cherry tomatoes and the plant doesn't outgrow the pot.

I know some don't like the magazine.. but it's got two pages of "free" Christmas recipes in the December issue. Most are Gluten and nut free, some are also dairy free. There's fudge made with goat's milk (though from my understanding that's still dairy) Rice puff brittle.. and quite a few others. YAY.. something to make out of the rice puffs ds won't eat as cereal. I have bought and sold on Ebay and here are a few things I have found out that helps me out: -I always get the shipping rate either from their Ebay ad, or from the seller before I buy or bid something up. -I always bid or buy stuff that will ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). If they don't, I don't do business with them. -I have found that some shippers have a sweet deal with UPS and FedEx too where they charge customs...

Quote: i hate bras! i'll wear them if i am going somewhere I am the exact same way. I swear the only reason implants appeal to me is because I would never have to wear a bra again. BUT would need a reduction before I could get those LOL.

Huge (hugs) ... I don't know how you could NOT be affected by all you've gone through. Heck, I have nightmares about your ex. Stay strong and take what you can from the counselling and your friends. I hope as time goes by and he has less and less control over your life, the damage will heal.

I don't know, but I just started my 6 month old DD on avocado and she was up a lot through the night as well. She always slept right through, but was up about every 2-3 hours. Didn't notice any gas though.

I never went to a naturopath, but I was mostly on the pill from age 14 due to major irregularities and heavy bleeding. By the time I was ready to go off the pill and TTC, I had been mostly on the pill for almost 13 years. Needless to say, it took almost 2 years to concieve. I remember not getting my period for weeks, doing a pregnancy test, and having it come back negative. Then, two weeks ...

Congratulations!!! I'll join you rainbow34. It looks like we have the same goal. I see you lost just over 5 lbs and have 10 more to go. I've recently lost 5ish and would like to lose 5-10 lbs more before Christmas. WE can do it!! And yay for you for signing up for a 5K run. I set a goal and did a 10K run last month, and although I didn't lose any weight along the way (yes grrrr), I got ...

DH and I no longer have a stocking but Santa always brings us a $10 lottery scratch off pack. The boys get: gadgets like mini flashlights, mini recorders mini bottles of bubblebath/shower gel roll on soap stickers, markers, crayons activity book dollar store toys like yo-yos, flutes, mini balls candy or pop a note directing them to the fridge/freezer where they find the food they bug for...

wouldn't a sleep consultant push you to CIO? I remember all of my babies being high maintenance until they were pushing about 6 months, when we were able to get into a better routine that was actually well...routine lol. The first 6 months I'm lucky to shower everyday and sleep is nothing but a memory of something I once had... I'm thinking, a sleep consultant, would be a huge waste of time ...

Quote: CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you hwtm, how long were you TTC for? Well, that is kind of a long story. We were pregnant last year, and miscarried. After the miscarriage, I found out I had a cyst on my ovary and my doctor recommended having it removed. I had surgery in March, then had to wait for my body to recover. We were given the okay to try again in April,...

I watch Say Yes To The Dress often. There's a LOT of dresses that aren't the traditional white. I've also had a lot of friends in the past few years that have gone white with accent colours ( burgundy, black, yellow). IMO it's your wedding and you should wear the dress that you love.

We tried to pick names that were not likely to have 5 of them in their class at school but not weird enough that they were being asked to spell or pronounce it for others constantly. Wanted to hit that middle ground inbetween popular/classic and unique. All 4 kids have a biblical name either as 1st or middle names. Not sure why that was important to me but it was.

A lot of people are now doing a Honeymoon registry. Since most couple now live together prior to the marriage quite often they don't need the traditional wedding gifts. I think it would be tacky to put with the invite, no gifts only cash. That would be better left as a word-of-mouth thing. I have seen an instance where the invite included: no gifts please. There will be a money tree set up ...

I have seen it before too. Some people think this is good parenting, that this is discipline and treating children like human beings is being wishy-washy. Even just parents talking to their children with obvious hatred in their voices kills me, I don't know how they can feel like that about their own child. I wouldn't know what to do or who to call. They obviously need parenting help, but who...

I do. Though not so much lately. I also keep a log of their MSN chats. I feel it's for their own safety and to ensure they are following the rules properly. I have caught some emails where the girls have been bullied, been the bullier and inappropriate emails that have been sent to them from people they didn't know. If they want to write something personal then that is what their diaries are ...
