Our was denied (in the opinion of the appeals officer) because of the way the form was filled out. Not because he should not qualify.

You probably don't want to hear our experience, but I just came across the drug diary today while cleaning out paper files. Several trials, all with bad side effects, we survived without medications.

Mine never moved an inch at night, I know for a fact because I coslept until she could crawl. She was also a late crawler and walker, so maybe she's just a less active baby than your DD. FWIW, I also swaddled her, so likely swaddling vs. not swaddling makes a difference in them moving around. I would say what you describe is just a restless sleep, especially since you offered to nurse her and she didn't want it. That's all you...

Yes, this will be tough month or so for all of us. I guess we can support each other until all these darn parties go away and we are all keen again in January. I'm a bit worried about my knee. I saw my doctor today about this clunking sound coming from my right knee. I had meniscal tear surgery on that knee 12 years ago. I have no pain but just this sound ever since my run a month ago. She is concerned that it might be the knee cap...

oh sarah I'm so sorry this year is just not working for you all. it's so damn hard..... Teachers do not expect gifts from their students - but every year gifts arrive. LOL. I'll be honest - a card or a letter from a parent is just as meaningful as the gift cards, mugs and jewelry. some years parents donate books to my classroom library as a gift to me. I LOVE that. Or craft supplies, or board games. But the cards letters, etc...

My wife and I were debating this this morning. . .he is a low-talented AI loser who can only get a gig by performing the kind of disgusting pseudo-porn act that he did at the awards. He is depending solely on his gayness to get noticed, rather than any talent at singing he may (or may not LOL) have.

I thinkt that kissing was one thing even if it was two males. The part that I found over the line was the implication of all the oral sex and then all of the grinding and scantly clad clothing. This performance was way over the line IMO.

Hi everyone, Finally, people in the same/similar situation! I am a mom of three, step mother of 2. My new partner and myself have just bought our first house together in June but have lived together with our kids since October 2007. We each have shared custody of our kids (one week on one week off) and his son is the only one that does not live with us. I was married for 15 years and he was ...

MK: They obviously are very uninformed people to do something so . . . .stupid. The people with the child with H1N1 should know better than to do something that would put so many people at risk. You just have to shake your head at the gall of some people. My teenage son and I just had it about four weeks ago, and I purposely kept him at home and away from school, friends, etc. for a number of ...

Sounds like a growth spurt to me. Try to rest when you can and know that it is just a phase that will likely pass on it's own.

1. No help here. I don't think any of my babies moved much that young. But if you are elevating the bed it may be a good idea to try to keep her facing the right direction. Although it also may frustrate her. 2. Nate does this. And will often just go back to sleep. I only get him if he starts to cry/fuss or starts to suck his fist. I remember getting him once when he was squirming around ...

Maybe she is hoping that you will try to talk her into, or out of, the testing? I made it clear to everyone that I was not interested in getting the testing, not because I thought that it couldn't happen to me but because I don't believe in abortion (for me) so it didn't make any difference. I would not have terminated anyway so no matter what the test said I was having the baby. I don't ...

Congratulations!!! I'll join you rainbow34. It looks like we have the same goal. I see you lost just over 5 lbs and have 10 more to go. I've recently lost 5ish and would like to lose 5-10 lbs more before Christmas. WE can do it!! And yay for you for signing up for a 5K run. I set a goal and did a 10K run last month, and although I didn't lose any weight along the way (yes grrrr), I got ...

Quote: CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you hwtm, how long were you TTC for? Well, that is kind of a long story. We were pregnant last year, and miscarried. After the miscarriage, I found out I had a cyst on my ovary and my doctor recommended having it removed. I had surgery in March, then had to wait for my body to recover. We were given the okay to try again in April,...

Not really sure just what the point of a suspension is. As far as I know the local high school does not do suspension or expulsions unless it is just far too dangerous for the student to be in the school. Have the guilty spend those days in school, but not regular classes perhaps in research of their crimes, laws, social issues, bullying etc. Maybe a report or presentation. Much more likely to ...

Mine started consistently STTN at about 14-15 months, it was exactly when she finished teething. She will still have sleepless nights if she has a cold or is otherwise not feeling well.

I used to be fanatical about Black Friday Shopping, it was a sport to me. After Ciaran was born I had to drive to the capital to get his birth certificate so we could go that year, he was 2.5 weeks old. We would actually go down on Thursday evening and get up at 4am to be there when the stores open at 5am. I joined a couple of sites dedicated to leaking the flyers early, so I'd have my list in...
