Original Post by starlitocean : i don't love being single.  but i've gotten myself (yay me!) to the point where i also don't hate being single. i'm single.  and that's fine.  when something right comes along, that will change.  but for now, that's how it is, and i'm fine with that.   i can make me happy. Sagging Breasts
Published (2009-11-20 16:37:00)
Original Post by ddsd : I really have to do something, because it's just not normal for someone to have sagging breasts at my age! :(  Every person is different.  And this thought process does nothing but make you more miserable. Be proud of what you accomplished!! Give it time the skin will probably tighten up.  And if it doesn't, then you can always talk to a doctor if you're still miserable.

The celebrity "diets" and "workouts" you find in the fitness misinformation magazines like Shape/Self/Cosmo are admirable as works of fiction, but they bear no relation to the workouts they actually do.  Take someone like Gisele Bundchen - her publicist talks about her yoga as if that was what she did for her workouts. But her real training is done with Joe Dowdell at Peak Performance Fitness and is mostly focused...

I'm confused - are you saying people shouldn't ask for stats and shouldn't give advice that the poster doesn't want to hear, even if it's good advice?

morning workouts, how do YOU feel?
Published (2009-11-20 22:02:00)
I like it. I have a nice fresh start and my exercise is behind me. What gets me up is that I don't wash my hair at night, so it looks like crap if I don't shower in the morning, and I don't shower in the morning unless I've been sweating. jedi mind trick, hehe I also have a plan for the morning, everything laid out and ready to go. I jump up, get dressed, eat breakfast (egg or oatmeal) and put on my shoes. Then go! I...

The short answer is no. When your BMI is below 18.5, and your doctor hasn't said it's okay - no. You shouldn't be exercising. Focus on managing calories at an appropriate level and getting to a 20 BMI. You should not exercise as, firstly, you need to focus on your calorie intake not output; and secondly, you need to give your body time to heal back to a healthy weight before you put it into ...

So I've been considering starting very early workouts, and I was wondering if anyone had made the same decision, and if so, how did it work out? Did you feel more motivated? Lose more weight? And how the HECK did you get yourself out of bed in the morning? Thank you! 22 Replies ( last ) « previous 1 2 next »

So the idea is you identify your favorite food that starts with the next later in the alphabet and say your favorite way to have it... So I'll start A: asparagus. I love it grilled with garlic and onions. Next person does B. Then repeat once it gets to the end. 23 Replies ( last ) « previous 1 2 next »

Don't beat yourself up. You can't be excellent in everything. I was the exact same way in high school. Physics just did not come easy for me. I would suggest that you find a tutor and ask your teacher what you can do to improve your grade. Trust me, this works. Maybe you can come to school early or stay late and have your teacher explain things better for you. You will benefit a great deal if ...

One verse I think of is Philippians 4:6,7 Don't worry about anything instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. 7.
