Happy Saturday...Healthy Weekend !!!!!! So here is the thing.... Still not totally recovered, thus still unable to return to work. On a brighter note, I've started to burn fats again. Weight is going down by the ounces, and this is only because I just don't have the energy or desire to exercise yet. When I feel up to par... watch out !!! I hope Everyone else is doing well.

Today I am working a partial day and then off to get the remaining party supplies. Trini.. This weekend in November is usually one of the best weekends(weatherwise...cool and sunny) soooo....we usually have a party(this one is getting kind of big) RSVP's total 48. We...

Trini/ladies, I stepped on the scale after the last post and showed a loss of 1lb!!! I was a bit shocked as I am feeling extremely bloated and feel as though I ate too much fruit/soup yesterday, day 1. I am not that hungry today and even found myself forgetting to eat until 1:30 pm. I am not one for skipping meals or snacks (usually 6 small meals a day). I am taking my son to see Christmas Carol tomorrow and am a bit worried that I will crave...

Kelley I have watched that show X-WEIGHTED with the trainer PAUL!!! To me he is hot!!! Also, I am still new to riding a motorcycle. This was something I wanted for a long. Here in NW IL the weather this weekend will be in the 60's. I think I will not run if the weather gets below 50's that is too cold for me! Trini we don't get tricker treater where we live, it is farmland. So we have no candy at home but at work tons of it!!...

Hi, I too started this diet a few days ago and am on day 5. I started at 117lbs, 5'3 and have lost 3.5 lbs in 4 days. Day 1 and 2 were an absolute nightmare as I mentioned in previous posts that I craved sweets like never before. I pride myself on eating sensibly and rarely eating junk food. Yet, I found myself lost and "desperate". It passed at the end of day 3. Day 4 was great as the bananas ...

Erica, I have no realistic answer for you. Realistic will be what you've lost after your 7 days on CSD. It all depends on how much body fat and water you have stored. You will show some loss, but I don't know exactly how much. You are small in weight and height. Give it a try it may be well worth the try. This may not seem very encouraging to you, but because of your current Stats I ...

Tissy; Everyone does not do Stillman's between week their week on CSD.. Ben posted that he was doing that. I tried it once for a few days but it did not last since I got bored with it. For the first 5 mths on CSD, I just ate wisely between my CSD week. Mostly Vegetables with lean meats occasionally, and I still lost a considerable amt of weight. I hope you have read Stillman's very ...

Hi Trini, Looks like you have this diet down, congratulations! You are doing great, I wish I had your will power, you will see great results. I dont' think you have to stick to raw veggies, you can have cooked too. There are great dishes you can make by sauteeing, grilling, etc. I alsways had both on day 2 and 3 and lost weight. Welcome to CSD and good luck.

Wow! That is fantastic! Good for you.If you find you are plateauing or slowing down in weight loss another plan to try that will take the weight off quickly is called "The Stillman Diet" In the induction phase it is just protein and no fats or carbs, after that induction phase you start adding things. I lost weight on the CSD in the first week or two and then it totally slowed down for me and ...

Hi and Welcome to the CSD Forum. Tomorrow will be similar to today. Don't think about it, it will get easier. Depending on how much weight you have to lose, you should start seeing results if you weigh tomorrow. Regarding your question about honey.... Can't say for certain, but the diet does stress " unsweetened", since honey will do just that...... Good Luck

Hi Tissy; Welcome to CSD and the Forum. Way To Go reading your labels. It's something that will become habit. Honestly, I use a tsp of EVOO when I stir fried my Vegetables now. I don't know how much that affects the weight I lose. For me 8 lbs my 1st week on CSD was major, but during that particular week I juiced my Vegetables. I did not have Salads so I cannot really say. Sorry. ...

Hi Mo; Welcome to the Forum. No Avocados since it is high in fat. I normally Stir-Fry my veggies with a little Soy Sauce. Salt is okay, but watch the quantity since too much can cause you to retain water. Sorry, I don't feel chatty tonight. I am down with the flu. I am sure one of the other posters will respond also. Try to google ' negative calorie foods' it will explain a lot, while ...
