Hi there,we had ours referred as well. It took 4 weeks but I know some times vary depending on CO/MA etc. Hang in there. If need be send your CO an email asking for a rough estimate of how long they expect it to take. And don't worry.This is probably routine because of the extra tests asked for. If they are all ok then should not be a problem. it all goes well.

Application sent to Sydney NS April 6
AOR April 23rd
Request for 120 day docs April 29
Docs sent to London UK May 19
AOR from London June 11
Reviewed docs and processing July 14
Just waiting for medical request now!!
Hope that helps it is for FSW application we are using a visa company in Canada so they obviously receive...
