Charlie, I think this guy used to help us cleaning when I used to do commercial roofing jobs up in your neck of the woods. He worked real hard but didn't seem to learn that you need to wait for the tar covered felt to cool off before you tried to pick it up. When we were rolling and mopping you'd hear "ahhhh" look over and he's blowing on his fingers(we bought him gloves but he didn't want to get them...

The Blade Shop is the worst. Do not waste your time and money trying to buy things from these guys, you'll be lucky if you get anything for your money. They're able to bill my credit card for purchases the same day, but can't get it together to actually ship the merchandise, or even provide tracking numbers.
The first time I ordered from them, I needed my item quickly, because I was leaving ...

G'day, mate.
Interested in the knife. How old is it, what has it been used for?
As a side-note, will you ship to Australia?
Regards,
Lindsay.

i think the only change is the color.blade length should be 3" or 3 1/2".i will tell you this ; its such a great knife, the flipper is real addicting on this. i have 80 folders, including over a dozen customs, & i pick this to carry more than any other. its just a great carry knife.i think of it in a slight way like a poor mans benchmade afck.you should google the knife & you can find it cheap,...

It's the easiest blade shape to sharpen.
It's not my favorite type of blade, but I seemed to have picked up a few of them over the years.

LOL ... good one.
I once had a coworker go all bugeyed and claim that I shouldn't be carrying my Kershaw Scallion because "it's a weapon". Ironic, since my job requires me to carry a gun. I wonder how she would have reacted to that!

Ah, I've been opening Buck 110's and similar knives one-handed since, well, I think I got my first one in the 70's sometime. Sometimes you just can't let go of what you're holding on to.
I would think that people who are active outdoors, or in a hands-on occupation like farming or construction, would need good knives and develop a knack for handling them just from handling them a lot. But ...

E-mail sent, thank you. I'm hoping I can get away with less than $100-worth. This is still my first knife and I'm trying to keep the budget to a minimum at this stage.
I've still got my fingers crossed for Bubba's homemade super fast quench.

my 940 osborne came with a very dull and uneven edge. One side was maybe 40 degrees while the other was in the ballpark of 55 degrees. It took me about a week on a sharpmaker to make the thing passably sharp and it of course now has a very wide/large bevel on the side that used to be thicker. I was a bit dissapointed to say the least. The upside is that it is now undeniably a user considering the...
