In case you need new ignition wires, I have new ones for you, special made, available in blue or black colour. And much cheaper than the original ones. Silicone and wood screw type plugs which are in my opinion better than the original ones with bushes. http://www.bimmernut.com/forum/showthread.php?t=40339

Oil Pan Gasket Interchangeability?

My reason for asking is that the oil pan gasket in the 535i needs replacing, and I am unable to find a non-cork E34 535i oil pan gasket locally. I have an extra Victor-Reinz one laying around for my E24 635CSi (which is an 88 so it also has the M30B35, but the oil pan is different), so if I can get away with just using that, it would be great. The only differences that I could notice was the absence of the tabs at the rear-end of the oil pan....

I just got myself a front upper tower bar, and while checking the brochure, the have the front lower bar / front lower member brace available for our cars.... As far as I remember, we do have this already right?

Yep, that will work on the E34s.. its also the one Acet did a DIY writeup on. Same number pump and all. Good stuff that more people are trying it... makes me more confident in the future to try one out when needed.....

This morning I saw a car I did not recognize. Looked nice, but unidentifiable until I saw it's tail. A nice luxurious sedan, with a front end the likes of a Vanquish... or was it a Maserati ?
