Trouble is, getting at the parts you'd normally check (carbs, plugs etc) is a bit of a git on the VFR. You ought to be able to check the back two plugs for a spark and general condition with the tank off.
If you're going to do that, might be worth just changing the plugs anyway. It is quicker and easier to just take the radiator off altogether than trying to fiddle about behind it to get ...

Not really, especially when you need the people to run the power stations, and the people to support those running the power stations. You rapidly land up with a large community and no doubt many born into that community will land up objecting to the power station.
