With a width of 144", I'd think you need at least 4 pleats. And I like the idea of tailored box pleats contrasting with the fullness of pinch pleats. And, they're easy to make. I don't think the # of pleats relates to the window seams but more to the overall look you want on the valance - fewer pleats = cleaner, simpler; more pleats = busier. well i think my 25lb baby is starting to unthaw in my frig which i have set to 37 degrees , actually had it up to 38 for a few hours but the frig seemed to be getting to warm ... I just forgot one little thing , like a pan under the turkey !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i now have water , juice something all over the glass shelf and as i pulled the turkey out of the frig , i spilled the water...

We are finally getting around to replacing all of our terrible old light fixtures, and I'm having a dilemma. We have (new) brushed nickel doorknobs throughout the house, and in the bathroom, I think satin nickel will be perfect for all the fixtures. For the main rooms though, I'd like to go with a black finish for the light fixtures since there is so much more to choose from. Is this a faux pas, or is it ok? Any advice is greatly...
