no connection to the product you bought except for selling it. That computer is not BB's product. There are DOA units. That's life. That's what exchange policies are for.
BTW, you say that you believe GS is untrained. You could only make this assumption if you knew how to do what they did. Do you?

Here is a question... We are sick of the games we've had to play to get this thing set up for a delivery and installation. Can we just take our
reciept back to the store and have them refund us 100%? We haven't taken delivery of the stove and it's not even in their system for delivery yet.

I'm not sure why the
CSR you talked to mentioned a "hidden clause." There are none. The reason you cannot receive a PM is because that coupon cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, of which the PM falls under. You can either have the coupon or PM, but not both.
