Thanks a lot Jhod5ck I saw this Thread: "RE: Temperature guage reading??? What is the normal engine Temp? From the symptoms that you describe, the most likely and probable cause of your engine running somewhat hotter than normal is a failed Viscous Fan Clutch. Its very easy to check. Next time your engine's temperature is over 100C, open the hood and have someone shut-off the engine while you look at the Fan Clutch. If it...

This happens from time to time. I would not worry about it if all the bulbs were ok. If it comes back, then maybe you can worry.

okay, i'm finally getting back to everyone, The external fuel pump adjacent to the tank was bad. i replaced it, put gas in the car and it runs. However, and this is partially why it has taken me so long to respond, the car dies like it has ran out of gas at only a half a tank. I believe the fuel gauge is accurate, and there is still fuel in the tank. I am thinking posibly one of the recirculation pumps in the tank is inop. i don't...

Today's full size SUV market continues to do well. Because, in spite the soaring gas prices, there still individuals/families out there that appreciate, and need the room, towing and off road capability that only a full-sized truck-based SUV can provide. Pioneering this segment is the Expedition from the Ford as it offers big improvements in comfort, safety and control. The big powertrain change is the addition of Ford six-speed...

No computer for transmission, so rule that out.
I would start by checking pressures @ the front pump and valve body test ports on the pass side. That way we can tell if you @ least have a pump that's working!
This is why used transmissions always worry me..you never know what you're getting :-/

Normally when the Crank Sensor goes, you get a code. I am thinking more of an alarm system issue with the battery being removed.
