I'm wondering why they are now allowing the Fords to run on a GM Metric chassis? I know there is a weight issue, but not much. The Fords in general weigh anywhere from 3000-3200, which if you look at the GM cars, most guys are in that area anyways. I would think the Ford Frames would be easier to find, and they have better geometry, and are also stronger than the GM. Guess we will see what ...

This is a fantastic idea!! A person should be able to tell within a few laps if the youngsters are ready. I would imagine this is info a parent would like to know before investing thousands for a car.
