I noticed that some exe files that I checked, appeared again in the processes section ( eg: ctfmon, googletoolbarnotifier ). The program didn't show up on the Add or Remove Programs list so apparently I have deleted them before. I checked the folders and they are both there and have files inside them, mostly setup files for those games. The computer is running fine the CPU usage almost non-existent and doesn't take nearly as long for my OS to load on startup now that McAfee is gone. Quote: 0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED This occurs when Windows switches into kernel mode and a user-mode subsystem, such as Winlogon or the Client Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS), is compromised. Security can no longer be guaranteed. Because Win XP can’t run without Winlogon or CSRSS, this is one of the few situations where the failure of a user-mode service can cause the system to stop responding. This Stop message also can...

We'll run ComboFix using a ...
