I dont know much about S4's. I love my B7 A4 though. I personally wouldnt pay that much for any car with that high of mileage no matter what the car is worth but thats just me. That could be 74k miles of being driven hard. Idk just my opinion. Got any pictures?

2004 Audi A4 Window Problem
Published (2009-11-10 12:57:00)
There is a small chunk of green plastic that holds a small cylinder shaped piece of metal on the wire that runs your window up and down. What happened to my car is the cylinder broke through that plastic and when you roll down it still pulls but because the cylinder is above the plastic has nothing to grab when you try to roll it up. I did a lot of search before being a member here but this is a good DIY that I used to fix my rear window so I...

Sounds like you have a cracked distributor cap or some of the wires are cracked and worn. Try replacing the dist cap and wires. You might aswell give her a tune-up if it's been awhile since the car has had one. Replace the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter and air filter and see if that makes a big difference. It should. Just my opinion! Good luck!

Our mini has keyless feature and to lock, you have to touch the black rubber button on the outside handle while key is on your person. It then locks and sets alarm. My in-laws just got a lexus with keyless and they too have to touch the handle at certain place while key is on person and it locks/arms. Can't comment on your other inquiries...yet. Plan to order 4.2 this week, then wait...

Revving high when hot...why??? I am no mechanic, far from it. Been having a problem with my Audi A4 (R registration, 1998...ish) 1.6 Basically, when it gets warm/hot it starts revving high between gears and when it sits in idle. Sometimes I'll be sitting at traffic lights and it will rev up to the 4 (1x1000) dial...which is quite ...

Hi Becci and welcome, unfortunately most Audi dealerships talk a load of rubbish. What I think has happened is someone has performed a software update and not readded the options you are missing or the control module has been replaced and not recoded correctly. This is quite common even by dealers to swap the module and not recode all the PR options back into the car. It's quite easy to ...

Audi Mmi Nav Hi there I have a 2009 A6. When I start the car MMI pops up on the screen so I assume I have MMI, am I right? If so how do I get Navigation? My screen says Navigation not install. I look in the trunk on the driver side I see the big bracket that holds all the units but there is no DVD/Nav unit. Is this just a simple plug and...

Yes it is true, however there are other tools on the market to retract the handbrake motors, this is required to push the pistons back fully. Thats Technology for you.
