And after all that graft, 39 Democrats still voted against what is supposedly the most important legislative agenda item of the 'Messiah.' That's pretty interesting ... I wonder why people would think he is "weak" and "impotent?" With officially 10.2% unemployment Pelosi better kiss Biden goodbye. No weeping here. That's 39 votes more than I thought the "good guys" would...

My preference is for the three button suit/sport coats. However, my body shape seems to prefer a two button, for the deeper gorge the design affords. Hence, as often as I can find them, to fit properly, I go with jackets that are of a 3R2 Sack design and enjoy the best of both worlds!

I don't understand what is so bad about the profit motive. It feeds us, supplies us with legal representation when our life or liberty is at stake, and shelters us too. Greed and meanness will always be a problem, but eliminating the profit motive won't diminish that a bit. And ask the elderly if they have always been treated by Medicare. Claims are denied there too, and in some cases unfairly. There have been a handful of horror...

Pocket Squares
Published (2009-11-07 13:19:00)
Sean, in America, people often use the term handkerchief to refer only to cotton squares that could/will be used for wiping up messes, drying tears, blowing noses, etc. "Pocket square" is sometimes used to refer to a square of material, which can be as much as 18"x18", of linen, cotton, wool, silk, cashmere, or other material expressly intended to ornament a breast pocket. Some of us still call them...

Brilliant site.
Love that they use the term 'fiat currency,' since the dollar is backed only by blind faith (and we all saw how that worked for the real estate market). If Americans were less ignorant I could discuss fiat currency without them interrupting to mention some Spyder or X1/9.

Greetings and salutations!
I was hoping some of you forum readers might help me with my problem regarding the make of Crombie coats today, as I could not get the answer I was looking for from the Crombie customer service. You see, I have been considering a certain coat from the maker - this one to be precise:

I switched to wet shaving and a safety razor (Merkur) specifically for my
sensitive skin. I agree that it also makes for an actually enjoyable
experience. Shaving is a nearly hallowed ritual for me now.

I would never dare to buy clothing for my (very, very, very particular and discriminating) wife!
That said, it's hard *not* to find something worthwhile at Ralph Lauren (dot com).

The Blue Dogs took a major beating on the latest health care debate. Polls have put support to include a "public option" in this reform at somewhere between 65 and 85%. The perception, correctly, is that many or most of these Blue Dogs are bought and paid for by insurance companies and Big Pharma, e.g. IIRC eight of Max Baucus' largest ten campaign contributors are in these two industries.
