I think you are talking about the intercom connectors. They have nothing to do with the suspension.
You can unload the springs with the C shaped tool in the tool bag but that's about all you can do with the suspension. With the front you can change the oil in the cartridges to make it softer but that is more involved.

Duke, I like the Turbo Vespa, that gives me a great idea for a Turbocharged
