>>"The fundamental problem is--since circumcision is not rational, he cannot convince others that his decision was rational--<< that is the whole point you bonehead, I don't have to rationalize anything, especially to you. I made a personal decision having the right to do so as a parent, a legal, personal decision between my wife and myself. I don't givbe a damn what you think, you are nothing to...

Marvin I see you throwing around scripture verses but in all of it, all I have ever seen you do is judge and condemn, never in Love. Don't give me this stuff of how you are warning people, all I see is self righteousness and self justification. 1 John 4:7-10, 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9In this the...

"Symptoms of autism mirror symptoms of heavy metal toxicity. Vaccines contain thimerosol (mercury) and aluminum, both heavy metals." The amounts of mercury involved were very small. No link between mercury and autism has been proven. If the thimerosal in vaccines caused mercury poisoning, the symptoms would affect all parts of the nervous system. Autistic children do not have the movement disorders and peripheral nerve...

T. Boyd, thank you for your very thoughtful and thought invoking answer. I am sure you have seen some heartbreaking as well as heartwarming things in your line of work. The extremes of the human nature never cease to amaze me. I have an uncle who was hurt in an accident and is a walking miracle to be alive. He is basically a 4-5 yr old in a man's body who can not remember to brush his teeth, he pats his hand on his leg non stop and has a...

" "So you are Pro-life? Why can't you write it ina post?" Most likely because we see the real reason behind your attempt to drag abortion into the discussion: deflection." I also think we've already answered his question. For some reason, he doesn't seem to understand what "against abortion" means.

I hate to be on this side of this argument, but "endowed by their creator" seems to me to imply a god. Although I have to go to the Declaration of Independence to get it, it does imply the framers of the constitution believed in a god. I stand by my argument that it was not a christian god and that the intent was that we all choose out own religious beliefs, not have "one true god" shoved down our throats.

Catherine A. Emery, you make full sense in my world. I grew up with you all around me. It seems that you are the one who cannot make sense of your world. If you could, maybe you wouldn't have had a daughter with a "severe" case of chickenpox, something that used to be quite minor. I know it was for me and my sister. (I began writing my above response before I saw your following post. I had thought your question a good...

I really think it depends on the child, their behavior patterns etc. I'm the type of person who wants to say it isn't ever necessary and it shouldn't be done but.. man I'm not a parent and some kids really are tough to get through too. I think if you don't want to spank you have start with very strong parenting skills from the time of infancy.. and many people do not have the knack and ...

They can lo-jack me when they pry my cold dead hand open to insert it. You have lost your mind if you think the American public would willingly go along with having an electronic monitoring device injected in them.

It is for the same reason that people fear any change. Yes, the health care industry in this country is certainly in a sad state, any one with half a brain can see it is headed to even worse territory, and quick. What good does it do to have a service industry that provides a service at such an inflated cost that only a small percentage of the population they serve can actually afford it. ...

Too true, potheads are the bane of society. Worthless bottom feeders that should be burned at the stake. Truly in today's modern society there is no longer a place for the social misfits that find pot accetable. Honestly if you have ever smoked pot, you need to know it is a sin and Jesus is not pleased. There are also studies out that clearly show the relation between pot and beasiality...

I am from Germany, where they usualy do not circumcise. Men who are intact have a lot more trouble with rips occuring during certain activities, among other small unpleasentries. If I would have had a son, there is no doubt that I would have had him circumcised. Somewhere they have done a study, that showed a close relationship of women getting a more infections when their partners are not ...

Iodine is a essential trace element needed in your diet. You do need it for thyroid function - to make thyroid hormone. deficiency can lead to goiter or enlargement of the gland and decreased production of hormone if you still have tissue. It is fine to go ahead and take those standard vitamins with minerals. Hope this helps.

M. Poland. Don't have the slightest idea what the march on Washington is. Is it one of those tea bagger things? If it is, the answer is definitely no.

You should use a 'tar' based shampoo. Either pine or coal tar are available. On a 2 yo, be very careful as these soaps tend to 'burn' (more like tingle) the scalp, not really burn but relieve the itching and flakiness. Be sure that is really the problem befor using, please.

Where is the link telling us to get info at vaccinesareevil.com? I mean really! What "reports" are you talking about? Are they from the CDC or AMA? Since no one knows what variant of the flu will be most prevelant the next year, it a lot of ...

This is powerul information! thanks for starting this thread.... I have NOT had the "flu" for at least a decade, since I don't trust the government and will not allow any of their vaccines into my body.....have not had a cold in 12 years and certainly not the "flu". My faith grows stronger every day, as the more I learn, the more I realize I don't know. I still believe in the Nicene's Creed, as far as my understanding of it goes. But the more I see debates over this, the more I see that the one thing every religion has is a fear of a bad afterlife. I think if we stopped trying to impose that fear on other people, and act out of love as much as possible...

Firstly all illegal drugs should be medicalized. I was among the people who wrote to have the Rockefeller Laws overturned. Unlike marijuana though of course other illegal drugs (with variances among them) are harmful. I would certainly support legalizing medical marijuana. As for marijuana in general like alcohol it should be age regulated if legalized. It is certainly far less harmful than...
