The Innkeeper, whether Fat Al was, "aware" or not, in a court of law, it would be almost impossible to nail him for much other than being an easily led fool. He can afford the best lawyers and would do an OJ on us, unless someone on the inside who hasn't received a large sum of money for their silence can expose him, which is all we can hope for.
