Problems Got my MJ yesterday and after 4 hours with Customer Service still no Luck .... When I first installed MJ the Computer Crashed .... Got the "serious Error" message from windows XP ...the Registration never came up ... I have a dail tone but thats it... CS had me unplug/plug a gazillion times ..had me
disable windows firewall and McAfee ...After jumping thru all the hoops still no Luck...

reply to Devanchya Our bill is based on the amount of water outlets that you have, I suppose the logic applied is if you have more faucets, toilets, showers etc you use more water. Although I think it should be based more on the number of
people living in the home. I just think if you have 6 toilets and you live alone then you will still use less water then a house with 6 people and one ...

reply to veloslave the one thing that didnt really get answered is the downtime. you can avoid down time if you have your new POTS line set up already or if you go with a dedicated loop as opposed to a line share (not sure if Sonic does dedicated loops, I think they do, but you would have to ask them to be sure).
