no 1 is asking for YOUR life story or personal info. and nothing in these posts attacks YOU either. but you have indicated several times the goal is FINDING the owners name and address. if u r just ANNOUNCING that goal so be it. so what's the point? apparently NO one here has that info... and IF they do, i'm suggesting it should NOT be shared in cyberspace. and if you are just posting about your dream stream adventure, best of luck...

Well this is an interesting thread and it has many good points on personal privacy and an individual trying to seek information on a trailer. Maybe it's time to let the information settle in and let the evening pass.

You don't have to go to Fantasy Fest to see women exposing themselves in Key West—we were there about a week later and a woman pulled down her top. Except for volume, it was not worth the look. But strangely enough some genetic code required me to look. Ah, the wonders of DNA. Gene

Don't be a wuss, a lot of us toured the country in the sixties with stuff that looked way worse than your coach. That's odd, I just noticed you have no roof air; put that on the list. Did you ever get the story how they trashed both sides since it was not a roll-over? Good luck, duct tape is cheap.

Oven control valve source?
Published (2009-11-21 16:53:00)
Anyone know where I can get an oven control valve? That's the one with the knob, not the safety valve down at the back of the oven. I found one in a small shop 8 years ago, but a web search these days with those 1970s stove model numbers doesn't even come up with one hit. I'd take a used valve that screws into the manifold. Zep

VIKING...I had the same thought...sorta. Print a "Bill of sale" with as much info as you can. Go to the current property owner and offer him a cash deal. If yes, have him sign the "bill of sale" and drag the heap home. Sort the rest out later.

Trying to pull it out will save more than a few bucks. I have a "Ding King" there is also "Pops a Dent" which is esentially the same. You can also do the same with some pieces of wood and a hot glue gun. You could also take off the inner skin and roll out the dent with a tool made from a bed frame roller and just pushing out with your hand. Replacing a skin segment is not rocket science, but it takes a lot...

Welcome to the forums with your first post!
Sounds like you have most of the pros vs cons covered in your post. But one reason I would stay away from the "carpeted walls" is bugs. If you swat a bug on the wall it'll leave it's guts in the carpet...yuk! That's just gross to me! Another advantage of the non-carpeted walls is you can wipe them down. Even if smoking and fish- frying aren't ...

The 110v wiring is much simpler than the 12v. Here ya go: 110v wires There are two 110v AC feeds coming out of the circuit breaker panel. 1. One of these, on a 20 amp breaker, goes directly to the Air Conditioner with no other connections on this wire. 2. The second breaker (also 20 amp) basically feeds everything else in the trailer (AC Current, that is). This feed...

CarpetBob,
It doesn't look right to have a #12 wire as the line from the Univolt. It might be something done by a previous owner.
Does the picture differ from what is shown in your owners manual schematic?

In Texas you can have the land owner post it for a sheriff's sale to recoup storage fees, It will be sold at auction to cover the storage fees of the land owner, it can then be re-titled. There are certain procedures to follow and it will take a few months, but once all the I's are dotted and T's crossed you could have the title to that trailer. A friend has done that on an old glider that ...

Congratulations on your quick response in dealing with this problem. Tried to log on earlier this evening and got your message on the alternate page of what had happened. We're glad you caught it in time before further problems were created. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums, and thank you for your service to the country. If anyone deserves to be out travelling in their Bambi, it's you!
Do you have any pictures to share? I wonder how they managed to roll it over?

Welcome! The new model F150 with tow package is over 11k, and includes built in brake controller.
When you go to the 20's, it lowers the tow capacity, and I the 355 rear end is what you want for capacity (thats what you will find with the tow package).
I'vebeen looking at them myself here lately. Here's a link to the F150 homepage.... 2010 Ford F-150 Features | Official Site of the ...
