I don't understand why people eat at any of those buffet troughs when you can go to Marathon or one of our Korean BBQ places instead. Windsor really has some nice choices for food and there is no excuse for stuffing one's face with such trash.
My suggestion is to skip all the Chinese buffet venues and just mainline some MSG instead.
