Jersey, Please tell us more about this .WMA Clip. What does the Duration show as in the Project Panel? Exactly what is inside the .WMA "wrapper?" There can be many things inside, and that can affect the results in PrE. Which Audio Track did you place this Clip on? Does this Clip play fine in, say Windows Media Player? In that case, buy the license for CS4 BEFORE the release of CS5. Under current rules this is the last version that will have an upgrade price for CS.

The output module has two choices: PDF and Web Gallery . Go for PDF to make a contact sheet. If you don't like this method (and a lot of users do not) you can get the old method back by following the instructions here: http://go.adobe.com/kb/ts_kb404900_en-us

You need to embed the font if the textfields are dynamic textfields.? The first way to try doing that will be to select the textfield, and then in the Properties panel click the Embed... button.... choose which characters you need to embed, and click okay.

You might try Image->Image Rotation->Flip Canvas Horizontal. Then go to View->Lock Slices and flip the whole image again to get the artwork back but keep the slices in their place

NewArt creates a new, empty piece of art that you have to populate with information. If you want to copy art and then modify it, you're better off with DuplicateArt. That doesn't draw to new layers, it lets you duplicate to pretty much anywhere. You can drop it on a new layer if you want, but also on the same layer. Those files are for legacy support. Make sure that the version 11 files are there under C:\WINDOWS\system32\ Adobe\Shockwave 11. The msi does do some sort of re-install/reconfigure when a user launches shockwave content (unless they were the last user to do so) but in my experience this should work with user rights. Well, my book fills in what the Help documens leave out! Right-click on the clip and select Show Properties to open the Properties panel. Select and delete all effects listed except Image, Motion, Opacity, Volume and Balance. Then right-click on each of these properties and select Reset. When you use that flag, RH is expecting you to do your conditioning in FM. So if you're set to Show All in FM, that's what will come over to RH. You have to either set the condition in FM, showing only what you want to have imported into RH, OR you leave the flag unchecked, get everything appearing in RH & then condition it when you generate your help (that's what I do)...

Convert the background layer into a normal layer by double clicking on it if it isn't already and then add a Stroke layer style from the small icon at the bottom of the Layers panel

Image --> Mode --> RGB , then Edit --> Image Size or directly in the Save for Web and Device s dialog. At least that's how you do it in the big PS. Can't say specifics for PSE. Never used it, hopefully never will have to. Mylenium

I am still trying (unsuccessfully) to get Flast 10 to work. I have repeated all the suggested procedures over and over again to no avail. I have just tried (yet again) the SubInACL suggestion but still have the same "Failed to Register" message. I am not a techie can anyone come up with a solution that will work please....

How are you "testing" this query ? What program are you using to "define a recordset"? Without knowing more my guess would be "Size" is a reserved word?
