I suppose they are not using form elements at all.  Or maybe they aren't styling them the way you are?

So Premiere with the RED plug-in doesn't read the correct timecode of the native files?   That's disappointing.

Premiere Pro on SSD or Hard drive ?
Published (2009-11-06 17:55:00)
Lars,   SSD : check   Raid0: Media and pagefile   Single disk: poject & scratch (indexed, conformed and peak files)   Single disk: exports   Single disk: backup and logfiles (I never bother about logfiles)   This already amounts to one SSD and 5 hard disks. If you have more disks available I suggest to add 1 disk to your raid0 or even 2 and then configure it as a raid3 or raid5.

Put a circular selection round the fist and press Ctrl+J. Hide the resulting new layer and fill the circle with yellow. Select the blue area with the magic wand and fill the selection with black. Select the yellow round the fist and fill the selection with white. Go to the fist layer, press Ctrl+T and move it down as far as you want, (Not much room there.)

Okay I misread your description of the problem.  So my test of IE7 was not at all illuminating, since, as I said, I do not have a mail client installed in my VPC.   When I reread your problem, I was puzzled.  I would not have expected any of the form field values to appear in the body, and was really surprised when I saw them in my FF test.  Testing in IE8 behaves as you described for IE7  No field values in the body.  ...

That is correct. (Alas.) You must create a new text frame and position it, then you can set the previous one's nextTextFrame to point to this new one. When placing a text file, you have to option to enable "autoflow" but when manually adjusting frames it's not an option.

Untested: Open the file as a grayscale image in Photoshop. Add a mask and fill the mask with white on the right and black on the left, no gray. Show Historgram. Invert the mask. If the histogram changes, then move the terminator in the mask (transition from white to black) one way or another. Invert mask. Keep this up until the Historgram does not change when the mask is inverted...

The original is unaffected except for changes to the XMP. The develop settings do not affect the capture data. Open the file in a simple viewing utility (don't know about Mac, but Irfanview on the PC for example) both before and after import to LR (and save the develop settings to the DNG), and you will see that nothing has changed....
