It's TOO LATE. In late November, the Chinese internet news sites were full of stories of Harper meeting the DaLIE Lama in 2007, boycotting the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics, and now TOO LATE in coming to China over 3 years after taking office. So, expect just a luke-warm reception during his Dec. 2-6 visit to China.
